With over two decades of experience across coaching, psychology, and leadership development, I guide organizations in cultivating emotionally intelligent, resilient cultures where people thrive. Beyond coaching, I’ve built HR departments from scratch, led organizational change, trained high-potential leaders, and mentored ambitious talent. I hold a PhD in Social Psychology, with Master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and King’s College London, specializing in International Employment Relations, Organisational Analysis, and HR Strategy. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Leadership Circle Practitioner (LCP), credentials that support the depth, structure, and integrity behind the work I do. I am a certified P.E.T (Parent Effectiveness Training) facilitator, as well as a certified L.E.T (Leadership Effectiveness Training) facilitator and a KORU Mindfulness certified practitioner. These practices enrich the support I offer, blending evidence-based tools with deep presence and compassion.
